Thank you for shopping with us. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders to customers in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, and Canada.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. During promotional periods, product launches, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer and we appreciate your patience.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order enters the fulfillment workflow, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or rerouted. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for details on the 2-hour cancellation window.

2. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after the label is created. If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please allow an additional business day before contacting support.

3. Shipping Carriers

We work with multiple fulfillment partners and carriers (including USPS, UPS, Royal Mail, DHL, DPD, Australia Post, Canada Post, and regional last-mile couriers) to deliver your order as efficiently as possible. The carrier assigned to your order is selected based on destination, package weight, and network availability at the time of shipment.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the contents of your order. Any promotional free-shipping offers apply to standard delivery only and do not include expedited or international upgrades unless specifically stated.

5. Delivery Times

We ship internationally from fulfillment centers optimized for each market, and most orders are delivered within the stated window below. Delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from the date your order ships, not from the date it is placed. Please add 1–3 business days of processing time to estimate total time from order date to delivery.

Delivery estimates include customs clearance where applicable. Orders may occasionally be held briefly by customs authorities in the destination country for routine inspection; this is outside our control and is a normal part of international shipping.

During peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, December holidays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other major promotional events), delivery times may be extended by an additional 3–7 business days due to carrier backlogs. We recommend placing holiday orders well in advance.

6. Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer, nor for packages delivered to an address where the recipient is no longer present.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, customer absence, or failure to collect from a carrier pickup point, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment. If a reshipment is not requested within 14 days of the return, the order will be treated as cancelled and refunded minus the original outbound shipping costs and the cost of the returned shipment.

Address change requests submitted after the 2-hour order cancellation window cannot be accommodated.

7. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international orders (outside the United States), the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT (where not prepaid at checkout), or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are set by the destination country's customs authority and are not within our control.

Refusal to pay customs fees, or refusal to accept delivery of an international package, will result in the package being returned to us or destroyed by customs. In such cases, the customer forfeits the cost of shipping and any customs fees already incurred; any product refund is subject to the standard return policy and associated fees.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Packages marked as delivered: Once tracking confirms delivery, the package is considered received. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for how we handle lost/stolen claims.
  • Packages damaged in transit: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
  • Packages stuck in transit: If tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact support and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes in certain regions, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or freight forwarders. Orders placed to these addresses may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

Some ingredients in our products may be restricted or regulated in certain countries. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product can be legally imported into the destination country. We are not liable for orders seized or destroyed by customs due to local import restrictions, and such orders are not eligible for refund.
